Classic Search Pvt Ltd is located at 981, 13th Cross in the 2nd Stage of Banashankari, Bangalore. We’ve been here in this part of the city for a while now. Our office is a simple setup with some desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks filled with names and numbers. We spend our days looking for people who need jobs and connecting them with companies that are looking for help. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and reading through lists of skills. Banashankari is a nice area, quite green compared to the rest of Bangalore, which makes the walk to the office pleasant. We aren't one of those big headhunting firms with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just us trying to help people find a decent way to earn a living. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which is frustrating, but we use that time to organize the files. We don't use fancy software that claims to do everything. We just talk to people and listen to what they need. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. It is a slow process sometimes, but we keep at it every day.
