Citizen Mens Salon

We are located at number 21 on the 4th Main in Sampangiramnagar. It is a quiet enough street, tucked away near the BEML Soudha building. This is a place where men come to get a quick trim or a shave. We do not go in for all the fancy stuff you see in the big malls. It is just a local barbershop where the talk is usually about the cricket score or the local news. The chairs are the old-fashioned kind that lean back for a shave. We have got a few mirrors and a shelf for the razors and the combs. The lighting is okay, though we added an extra bulb last month to see better in the evenings. Most days, it is just one or two of us working the chairs. If you come during the lunch hour, you might have to wait a bit because we take turns eating in the small room at the back. The floor is tiled and we try to mop it every evening before we head home. People from the offices nearby stop in because it is convenient for them. We do not have a big sign, just a simple one so people can find the door. It is a small business, and we like it that way. No loud music playing, just the sound of the scissors and the occasional motorbike passing by outside. It is a practical place to get your hair looked after without any fuss.
