We are located in Paxal Tower, which is right on Krishnarajendra Road. Our units are 20 and 21, and we’ve been here at this KR Road address for a good while. Dealing with surgical and medical supplies means our day is mostly about precision and keeping track of very specific items. It’s a lot of shelves and boxes, all labeled with codes that probably wouldn't mean much to someone outside the industry. The tower is a busy place, and there’s always people coming and going. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around. Usually, we’re either checking inventory or making sure a delivery is ready to go out. The atmosphere is professional but not stiff. We know our regular customers, and they know we’re just here to get them what they need without any fuss. KR Road is a major artery in the city, so the sound of traffic is pretty much the background music to our workday. It’s a practical location for a business like Citi Surgicals because it’s central. Inside, the space is functional. We don't have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of medical stock. We focus on getting the details right because in this line of work, you can't really afford to be sloppy. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been doing this long enough to know the ropes and the busy streets of Bangalore.
