Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd

We have been here at Door No 124 in Billekhalli Layout for a while now. It's on the 3rd floor, just off 2nd Cross. Working in Bangalore can be very busy, especially with the heavy traffic around this part of town, but this spot really works for us. Most of our days start with opening up the office and getting all the morning paperwork sorted. People come in looking for some help with their consumer finance needs, and we just try to get things processed as they come. It is not a fancy place, just a regular office setup with desks and chairs. Being on the 3rd floor means a few stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. We see a lot of local folks from around the layout and the nearby areas. Bangalore keeps changing every year, but Billekhalli still feels like its own little neighborhood. We deal with a lot of documents and forms, making sure everything is filled out correctly so people do not have to come back twice. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, answering phones, and talking to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it is quiet, other times there is a bit of a queue. We do not have much in the way of decor, just the essentials to get the job done. The view from the window is just the street, but it is home for us during the day. It’s how we work.
