This business has its roots back in the early 2000s, specifically from 2002 to March 2006, down in Coimbatore. We've been around the block a few times in Tamil Nadu. Coimbatore is a hardworking city, and we like to think we fit right in with that vibe. Our setup is pretty basic because we don't think you need a lot of extra stuff to do a decent job. We just need our tools and a bit of space to work. The team here is small, and most of us have been together for quite a while now. We don't have a lot of turnover, which is good because we all know how each other works. There’s no fancy jargon used in our office. We just speak plainly and try to understand what's needed. Sometimes we get busy and things get a little disorganized, but we always find what we’re looking for eventually. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers on our street and we usually stop for a chat when we’re out getting supplies. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting into phones. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful where we can. It’s been a long journey since 2002, and we’re still just doing what we know best in our own quiet way. The humidity gets to us sometimes but we just keep the fans running and stay focused.
