Cimac Software Systems is located in HSR Layout, right near the Agara Bus Depot. If you're familiar with Bangalore, you know how busy the 21st Main and 7th Cross can get. We’re at 137 420, and being so close to the bus depot means there's always a lot of movement outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office is basically just a functional space for us to sit and work on code and systems. We don't have bean bags or a ping pong table like some of the newer startups nearby. We have sturdy desks, decent chairs, and a lot of coffee. The traffic in HSR is pretty legendary, so most of us try to arrive early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. It’s a plain office, really. We have some whiteboards covered in scribbles and a small pantry where the kettle is always running. There are about ten of us here on a typical day. It gets a bit loud when we're all talking over each other trying to solve a bug. We know the local food spots well, especially the ones that deliver fast when we're working through lunch. It’s just a regular software job in a regular part of town. We keep our heads down and get the work done without making a big deal about it.
