Our workshop is down at No 241/3 in the Doddanekkundl Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of Whitefield, right near the B H Graphite India building. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be. It’s always a scramble to get things moved. At Ci Concrete India Pvt. Ltd., we focus on the practical side of concrete. The industrial area is always buzzing with noise from different factories, and we fit right in. We have a fair amount of space for our equipment, but it always feels a bit cramped when the big trucks are in. We spend a lot of our time dealing with technical specs and making sure the concrete is just right for whatever job is on the schedule. It’s not just about mixing stuff together; there is a lot of waiting and watching involved too. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We usually eat lunch together in the small break room, talking about anything other than work for thirty minutes. Then it’s back to the yard. The sun can be brutal on the open concrete, but we just wear our hats and keep going. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just providing a solid product to the people who need it in this part of town. It’s a grind, but it’s our grind, and we are used to the noise around Whitefield.
