Our office is tucked away in the Utility Building over in Kalasipalyam, right in the Tower Block. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and moving. Being in the Tower Block gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the desks. We have been part of the Chowgule group for a long time. This specific office handles the local stuff. It’s a bit of an older building, so the elevators are sometimes slow. We just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. The space is filled with files and some old furniture that’s still sturdy. It’s not one of those modern glass offices you see in the tech parks. We prefer it this way. It feels more real. The staff here has been together for years, so we know how each other works without saying much. Kalasipalyam is a hub of activity, so there’s always noise from the buses and the market outside. You get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend much on decorations. A few calendars on the wall and some plants that need watering are about it. People come here to get their business sorted and then they leave. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in a busy part of town. We just keep going and doing what we need to.
