Ritand Associates

Ritand Associates is tucked away at number 8 on Kumara Swamy Road, right where it meets Naidu Road in Frazer Town. This part of town has a specific feel to it, and we have been part of it for a bit. The building is an older one, but it has character. You can find us near the intersection. It is a convenient spot for us because of the way the roads connect. We usually start the day early before the Frazer Town traffic really picks up. Ritand Associates is not a big corporate outfit. It is more of a small group of us working out of this office. There are trees along the road which makes it nice during the summer. We have a few desks and some files, nothing too fancy. People often drop by because they saw the sign while walking to the main market area. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed here. We do not wear suits unless there is a very specific reason. Mostly it is just regular clothes and getting through the paperwork. Naidu Road can get a bit loud with the bikes passing by, but we have grown used to the sound over the years. It feels like home to us now. We keep things simple and try not to make a fuss about much. It is just how we operate at this address. We are here every weekday, just doing the usual things that need doing.
