We spend most of our days out here on Hulimangala Road in the Kiabd industrial area. It is a busy spot near the link road, always trucks coming and going. S V Material Handling Systems Pvt Ltd has been based in this 4th phase section for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves heavy lifting and moving equipment around for other companies in the area. It is not quiet work. The floor is usually covered in parts and the sound of tools is pretty constant. We have a small group of guys who know how to handle the machinery. Sometimes the commute out to Bommasandra is a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we get used to it. We keep ourselves busy with the fabrication and putting these systems together. There is nothing too fancy about our setup. Just a solid workshop where things get built. People stop by when they need something moved or a new system put in. We mostly just focus on getting the work finished so it can get shipped out. The building itself is easy enough to find if you know the link road well. We usually have the doors open to catch a breeze, though it mostly just lets in the dust from the street. It is just a normal day-to-day operation here, nothing more, nothing less. We drink a lot of tea and keep the machines running through the afternoon.
