We are based at 293 HBR Layout in the Nagawara area, not too far from the Delmia Circle. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle insurance papers for all sorts of things like cars and health. People come in when they have had an accident or when their policy is about to run out and they need a renewal. There’s usually a bit of a queue near the front desk on Monday mornings. We spend a lot of time explaining the different clauses and what the fine print actually means in plain English for our customers. It’s a lot of forms, signatures, and rubber stamps. The fans hum in the background while we go through the tall stacks of files. We’ve been in this part of the layout for a while, so we know most of the local shop owners nearby. It’s not a flashy place, just a lot of desks and chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning long. We try to get through the claims as fast as we can but the paperwork always takes some time to process correctly. We have a small water cooler in the corner which gets used a lot during the summer months. It’s just a regular office doing regular work for the community around Nagawara. We don't use big words to confuse anyone; we just tell them what the situation is.
