Chikkaraju

I am Chikkaraju and my work takes place over at 1 Jaya Chamarajendra Road. Specifically, I'm near the Lic Of India Jeevan Prakash building and the Lohar Chawl area. It’s right by Corporation Circle, so it’s right in the middle of all the action. My space is very simple. I have a small desk and a chair that’s seen a lot of years. It’s a busy part of town, always full of people moving around and cars honking. I’ve been at this spot for a long time. People know me here. It’s not a polished office with air conditioning and fancy lights. It’s just a place where I sit and handle my business. Most of the people who come to see me are from the surrounding markets or the nearby offices. There’s a lot of dust from the road, so I’m always wiping things down. I don't have a big sign or a fancy logo. I just do my work as it comes in. It’s a lot of talking to people and checking papers. The location is great because everyone knows Corporation Circle. It’s easy to find but hard to park. I usually have some files piled up high on my desk. I don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what I do. I’m just Chikkaraju, and this is where I’ve been for years, right in the thick of things. The tea here is good if you know which stall to go to. I stay until the sun goes down most days and keep the lights on for the late work.
