My office is located in the Jeevanjyothi Building on Tata Road No 2 in Indira Nagar. I am up on the 3rd floor, which gives a decent view of the area, especially the BDA Complex which is just a short walk away. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but you get used to it after a few days. The building has a lot of history and you can feel it in the walls. I have been operating from this Indira Nagar spot for quite some time now. My daily routine involves a lot of reading and meeting with people who have various needs related to my work. It is a quiet space for the most part, except for when the wind blows through the windows. Indira Nagar is a busy place, but this particular road is a little tucked away from the main madness. I usually start my day early before the traffic gets too bad. I handle most things myself or with a bit of help, so there is no big chain of command here. If someone has a question, they talk to me directly. Making things more complicated than they need to be isn't how I operate. I just look at the facts and try to provide a sensible way forward. It is a steady way of working that has served me well over the years here in Bangalore.
