Chefs Work

We are located over at 251, 19th Main in the 4th Sector of HSR Layout. It’s a nice neighborhood, though finding parking near the shop can be a real headache sometimes. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mess. We deal with stuff for kitchens and chefs, so there’s always something being unboxed or moved around. It isn't a fancy boutique. It’s a place where we get things done. Most of the people working here have spent time in actual kitchens, so we know how stressful that environment is. We don’t bother with fancy displays. Usually, things are just stacked where they fit. We spend our days talking to restaurant owners and people who just love to cook. Sometimes we’re just sitting around drinking tea and talking about the latest supply issues. We don’t have a script for how we talk to customers. If something is out of stock, we’ll just tell you. We aren't going to promise the world if we can’t deliver it. HSR has changed a lot since we started, with all the new cafes and offices popping up, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We like the local vibe here. It’s a place where people actually know each other. If you’re looking for us, look for the building that looks like a lot of work is happening inside. That’s probably us. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. No big story, just work.
