Chefs Delight

We’ve been here at HSR Layout Main Road 433 for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when the traffic picks up outside. Inside, it's usually just us getting things ready for the next shift. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a kitchen. Most days start early with the deliveries coming in at the back door. It gets a bit chaotic when the orders start piling up, but we manage. The stove is always on and there’s always something that needs cleaning or chopping. Chefs Delight isn’t fancy. We have some tables that have seen better days and the lighting is just okay, but it works for what we do. People from around the neighborhood stop by, some we know by name and others just passing through. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for photos. It's more about getting the food out hot and making sure nobody leaves hungry. Sometimes we run out of things or the floor gets a bit slippery when it's raining outside. That’s just how it is here. We like being on the main road because there’s always something happening. You can hear the horns honking and people shouting. It feels alive. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking. There isn't much more to it than that. We're just a small place trying to do our thing every day.
