People often ask how to find us on Sampige Road. It’s a busy part of Malleswaram and the traffic never really stops. We are right there between the 17th and 18th cross at number 265. The office is usually full of maps and old brochures that we haven't thrown away yet. We’ve been operating out of this Bangalore spot for some time. It’s not a shiny corporate building with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we sit at our desks and answer the phone all day. Sometimes the internet goes slow, which can be annoying when we are trying to look things up. We have a few old chairs for visitors. The street outside is always noisy with vendors and scooters, but we like being in the middle of it. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We don’t really do big meetings. We just talk to people who come in wanting to go somewhere. Lunch is usually brought from home and we eat it at the back. It’s a simple way to run things. We focus on the bookings and the logistics without making too much of a fuss. The sign outside is getting a bit faded from the sun, but people still find their way in. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s a bit crowded with all the files, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and work through the lists.
