Chaitanya Collections

You can find Chaitanya Collections right at 53 in S N Bazar, on the 3rd Cross of Gandhi Nagar. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. My family has been involved in this for a long time. The shop is filled with stacks of different fabrics and clothes. It can look a bit messy sometimes because we are always unpacking new bundles that come in from the suppliers. We don't have a big fancy storefront with lights, just a regular door and some displays in the window. Dealing with the heat in Gandhi Nagar during the summer is tough, but we have a few fans going all day. I usually stand near the front to greet whoever walks in. It’s a lot of talking and showing people different colors and patterns. Some customers spend an hour looking at everything before they decide on one small thing. That’s just how it is in the bazar. We don’t have a website or anything like that, we just stay here at number 53 and wait for people to walk by. The 3rd Cross is always busy with carts and people carrying bags. It’s a noisy place to work, but I’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just try to keep enough stock so that there’s something for everyone who stops in.
