Chaat N Chill

Our place is at 258/93 in the Kamakya Layout area. Being so close to Kamakya Theater in Banashankari means we see a lot of people when the movies let out. It gets quite crowded on the weekends. We just set this up to be a spot where someone can grab a bite and not worry about much. It isn't very large, just enough room for the kitchen and some seating. We spend a lot of time prepping the food and making sure the counters are wiped down. Sometimes the noise from the street is a lot, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really do anything fancy here. Just simple food and a place to sit for a bit. The staff is just a couple of local guys who live nearby. We don't have a website or anything big, mostly people just walk in because they are in the neighborhood. Banashankari is a good area, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We mostly just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If the stove is working and we have enough supplies, it’s a good day. It’s a plain, simple business. Nothing more than that. We just like being part of the local streets here and seeing the same faces every week. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
