We are based in Kota, over in Mahavir Nagar Extension at 6 G 10. Kota is a place everyone knows for the students and the coaching centers, but we are just here doing our own thing. The office is in a regular part of the neighborhood. It’s not a high-tech park or anything like that. Just a building where we’ve set up our computers and desks. The street outside can get pretty busy with people on bicycles and scooters. We don't have any flashy posters or big marketing slogans on the walls. It’s just white walls and some functional lighting. We spend most of our time looking at screens and handling data or whatever system work is on the schedule. It’s a steady pace here. We don't have a lot of meetings; we usually just talk to each other while we work. If the weather is nice, we might leave the window open, but usually, it’s too dusty for that. We are just a local team trying to keep things organized. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s happening and get it finished. It’s a very simple operation. We like staying in Mahavir Nagar because it’s familiar and everything we need is just around the corner. We don't want to be some huge firm. We're happy just being a small part of the local community here in Kota and doing our work quietly.
