Centaur Engineering Corporation

Our workshop for Centaur Engineering Corporation is down at 38 Malleshwaram on Theji Street. We are on the 4th Cross, right on the ground floor, so it is easy to move heavy parts in and out. It’s an engineering place, so you’ll usually hear some noise and see a bit of grease around the floor. We deal with all sorts of mechanical stuff and parts that people need for their machines to keep running. It’s not the cleanest office in the world, but it is where the real work happens. We’ve been in Malleshwaram for quite some time now and know most of the other shops on the street. Usually, we are busy looking at blueprints or trying to figure out why a piece of equipment isn't working like it should. We have some lathes and tools that have seen a lot of use over the years. It is a small crew of us here who actually like fixing things with our hands. We don't really have a fancy reception area; people just walk in and ask for what they need while we are working. Some jobs take an hour and others take a whole week, that’s just how engineering goes. We keep things simple and focus on the hardware instead of making things look pretty. It’s a loud, busy environment but we wouldn't have it any other way because it keeps us focused on the task.
