Cement Corporation

Our office is located on the 1st floor of the Mosque Complex which is at 3rd Cross in Basavanagudi. It is a busy spot and finding a place to park can be a bit of a challenge some days. Cement Corporation is basically what the name says and we deal with all the logistics that come with moving heavy bags and bulk orders. Being on the first floor means we are constantly going up and down the stairs to talk to drivers or check on deliveries. The complex is always full of activity and you can hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows all day long. We have a lot of ledgers and notebooks around because we still like to write things down to make sure nothing gets missed in the shuffle. It is a bit of a cramped space with desks pushed close together but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites and making sure the timing is right for the next load. The dust from the cement sometimes finds its way into the office even though we try to keep it clean. It is a practical business and we don't spend much money on fancy decor or new furniture. As long as the work gets done and the orders are moving we are satisfied. We usually close up once the last truck is accounted for and head home through the evening traffic.
