Shweta Rani is the person you would look for here. Being near the Air Force base means we hear the planes every now and then, which is just part of our routine. The office itself is pretty basic. Equipment to do our work is all we really need. We don't have a big reception area or staff in suits. Usually, it's just us in casual clothes, focusing on the tasks at hand. Because the Bangalore weather is usually good, the commute to this part of town isn't too bad. Jalahalli East is a bit far from the city center, but it feels more grounded here. We handle various software-related things and training without making a big fuss about it. Doors open in the morning and we just get to work. Sometimes we stay late if there is a project that needs finishing. It's an honest place where people come to learn and work without corporate fluff.
