We have our office setup at 81 St Main, 2Nd Cross, Balaji Layout, which is in the Babusapalya area of Kalyannagar. Bangalore 43 is the zone. If you have ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know it is always changing and growing. Our office, Cb Richard Ellis, is tucked away in the layout. It is a standard building that doesn't stand out too much, which is fine by us. We spend our hours looking at maps, updating our lists, and talking to folks about where they want to live or work. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps of the city. We do not really bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. We have a small team here. Most of us have worked in Bangalore for a long time, so we have seen how Babusapalya has grown over the years from almost nothing. It is a practical life. We come in, start the computers, and see what the day brings our way. Sometimes we are out on the field looking at sites, and sometimes we are stuck here doing boring data entry. It is not a glamorous job, but it is real. We try to be helpful without using a lot of big words or confusing terms that nobody understands. If someone asks us about a spot in Kalyannagar, we just tell them what we know. It is just how we do things at this location.
