Cauvery Hyderabadi Style Food

We started Cauvery Hyderabadi Style Food because we liked the biryani from back home and couldn't find it here. Our place is at No. 93 NL Arcade on the main road in Ramamurthy Nagar. It's easy to find near Dooravani Nagar post. We wake up early to get the rice and meat ready. It's a small kitchen, not fancy at all. Usually, it gets pretty busy around lunch when people come in from the offices nearby. We don't have a big menu. We just stick to what we know how to cook. Sometimes the spices are a bit different because of the batch we get, but that's how real cooking works. My cousin helps me out with the orders. We mostly do parcels because there isn't much space to sit. If you come by, you'll see us mostly busy with the big pots. We've been at this spot for a while now. People know us for the smell of the masala hitting the street. We try to keep things clean but it's a working kitchen so it's always moving. We don't spend money on ads or anything like that. People just walk in. The main road is always noisy, but inside we are just focused on the food. It's a simple life. We close up when the food runs out, which happens faster on weekends. That's pretty much us. We don't want to be a big chain, just a local spot.
