Catering Inn

Catering Inn is tucked away in Yeshwanthpur on 8th Main Road in KN Extension. The exact spot is No 672, 41/1. We are right near Nirmala Jyothi School, so during the school hours, the street gets pretty busy with kids and parents. It can get a bit loud, but it’s a nice area. We started this because we liked cooking for big groups. It's a lot different from cooking at home. You have to think about huge pots and keeping everything warm. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping vegetables and getting the spices mixed right. It's hard work and the days start very early, often before the sun is even up. We don't have a fancy office or a receptionist. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to keep an eye on the stove. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have two orders at once. We mostly handle local events and small gatherings around this part of town. The building is simple, and we focus on getting the food delivered on time. Finding the 8th Main Road can be tricky for some, but once you see the school, you know you're close. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big frills, just plenty of cooking and cleaning up afterwards. That’s basically how we spend our whole week.
