Our office is over in Madiwala, at Number 15 on 11th Cross in Uthi Nagar. If you know Madiwala, you know it’s always moving. It’s one of those parts of Bangalore that never really seems to sleep. We’re tucked away a bit from the main madness of the bus stand area, which is a relief. The space we have is simple. We’ve got a few desks and chairs, and a lot of cords running across the floor that we really should tape down. It’s a functional place where we spend most of our waking hours. We don't have a fancy reception or a coffee machine that does anything special. Usually, someone just goes out to the corner stall and brings back a tray of tea for everyone. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not really a priority right now with all the work we have to get through. It’s a diverse neighborhood, very lively. You hear a lot of different languages being spoken just walking to the office from the main road. We like it here because everything you need is within walking distance. Whether it’s a quick snack or some office supplies, it’s all right there. We just come in, do what we need to do, and try to stay productive amidst the city’s hum. It’s a real place for real work, no matter how chaotic the street gets outside.
