Caritor India Ltd Keane

Our place is over in Palace Guttahalli, specifically U 22 on 1st Main in the MV Block. It’s a bit of an older part of Bangalore, which I personally like because it has a lot of character. The streets can be narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We’ve been in this building for some time. Inside, it's mostly just desks, computers, and a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We do our work, talk to the neighbors occasionally, and deal with the heat when the fans aren't enough. It's not a flashy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a practical workspace. Most of us take the bus or ride our scooters to get here. The morning commute is always a bit of a struggle, but that’s just Bangalore life. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee, which gets used a lot. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two in the afternoons, so we just take a break and sit outside. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. There’s a certain rhythm to this block that you get used to after a few months. It's a busy place but we manage to stay on top of things.
