You can find us at 706, on the 10th Cross and 16th Main in BTM 2nd Stage. This part of Bangalore, the 560076 area, is always buzzing with people and bikes. Caretech Builders Engineers Kerala has its base here. Even though the name mentions Kerala, this Bangalore office is where we spend most of our hours. It’s a typical BTM layout building. Finding parking can be a real headache some days, especially if you arrive after ten, but that’s just how this neighborhood is. We’ve got a small space where we keep our plans and papers. It isn't very large, but it fits us. Most of the time, the team is busy with something or other, talking about projects or checking figures. We don’t have any polished receptionists or a coffee machine that makes fancy lattes. We usually just get tea from the guy down the street. The office is functional. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice, though the dust from the road can be a bit much. It’s a straightforward setup. We arrive in the morning, do the engineering and building work we need to do, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a solid place to work, tucked away in the middle of all the 2nd Stage madness. We like being part of the local community here in BTM. It feels real and grounded. It's a busy life, but it works for us.
