Career Point Consultants Pvt Ltd is located in HSR Layout, specifically within the CPWD Quarters at Agara in Bangalore. We are up on the 3rd floor of the 43rd Block in room number 602. Gopalakrishna is usually here managing the daily tasks. The building is part of the government quarters, so it has a very lived-in and familiar feel to it. It is not like those new glass office buildings you see in other parts of HSR. We have some basic desks and chairs, and the walls are filled with calendars and notes. Our days are mostly spent consulting with people who come to talk about their careers or business plans. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation here, as people are often late because of the jams near Agara lake. From our window on the third floor, we can see some of the trees in the compound, which is nice. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. It is just a few of us doing the work and keeping track of our files. We drink a lot of tea and just try to be helpful to anyone who makes the trip up to the third floor. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. It is a quiet, practical workspace where we just focus on the people who come to see us.
