Career Net

Career Net is over in the Mathikere area of Bangalore. We are on the second floor of House Number 11, Door Number 6, which is on the 3rd Cross in Nethaji Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it keeps us moving. The neighborhood is typical Bangalore, with a mix of houses and small businesses all packed together. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and talking to people who are trying to find their next job. Mathikere can get pretty crowded, especially during the commute hours, but it’s a lively place to work. Our office is fairly basic. We’ve got the essentials and not much else because we prefer to keep things simple. There’s always someone coming or going, and the 3rd Cross can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely at the street signs. We don’t have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sense of the hiring market. Sometimes the internet is slow and we end up frustrated, but that is just how it goes sometimes. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of Nethaji Nagar. It feels like a real place where people are working hard. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of all the requests that come through our door every single day.
