Career Matrix

Career Matrix is on 9th Main Road over in Vijayanagar. If you know the 421 building, that’s us. Bangalore is a big city and Vijayanagar is a busy corner of it. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to folks who are trying to find their next move. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. The office isn't anything fancy, just some chairs and tables and computers. We try to help people out with their careers because that’s the job we chose. Sometimes it’s stressful when things don't go as planned. We’ve got a small team here. We go out for lunch at the local places nearby. The traffic on 9th Main can be pretty loud during the day, so we’re used to the noise. We don’t use those big words like synergy or whatever. We just look at what a person can do and try to find a spot for them. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been at this Bangalore address for some time now. People walk in, ask questions, and we do our best to answer them. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on people knowing where we are. There is a small bakery downstairs where we get our morning coffee. It’s a nice little community here in Vijayanagar. We just want to do our jobs well and help folks get to where they need to go without making it too complicated for anyone.
