Capsule Foods Solutions is situated at 15-9-74 on Bannerghatta Main Road, over in Panduranga Nagar. The traffic on this road is something else, especially in the mornings, so we are used to the constant sound of vehicles and horns. We deal with food-related solutions, which basically means we handle various ingredients and supplies that other food businesses need. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a storage area and a small office where we handle the paperwork. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where we get work done. The staff is local, and we usually have a few people coming in to check samples or talk about their orders. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. We just focus on keeping the inventory right. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic jams on Bannerghatta road, and we just have to deal with it. It’s a bit of a scramble some days, especially when multiple orders come in at once. We keep a small kitchen area for testing things, but mostly it’s just boxes and shelves. Panduranga Nagar is a nice enough area, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the local cafes and bakeries get what they need from us without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is ready for the morning deliveries.
