Capgemini

Our office is set up in House 8, which is part of the Aishwarya building. We are located on 2nd Cross in the Dassappa Layout area of Ramamurthy Nagar. It’s a local neighborhood in Bangalore that has a lot of character. At Capgemini, we aren't in some high-rise building with a lot of security guards. It’s more of a residential-feeling spot which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. Being in Ramamurthy Nagar means we are away from some of the heaviest city center traffic, though 2nd Cross can still get a bit tight with cars and bikes during the morning. We chose this spot because it was practical and felt right for the team. The building itself is just a regular house converted for work. It has its quirks, like the occasional plumbing issue or a creaky door, but it feels like a real place. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We are just people who show up every day to get things done. Most of us live nearby or have figured out the best shortcuts to get here. We share the space, drink way too much tea, and try to stay on top of our tasks. It’s a simple life at House 8. We like the quiet of the layout and the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work. It’s a honest way to earn a living.
