Capgemini

We’re over in Bangalore, specifically in the Annasandra Palya area. Our spot is called Radamandiram, and we are tucked away on 2nd Cross near the HAL Post. It’s one of those parts of the city that feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't in a big glass tower or anything like that. Instead, Capgemini is just part of the local street here. Being near the HAL Post is helpful because everyone knows where that is. The 2nd Cross is usually pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which we appreciate when we’re trying to focus. It’s a simple building, nothing too flashy, and we like it that way. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythms of the street. Sometimes the traffic nearby gets a bit much, but that’s just Bangalore for you. Our team is just a bunch of regular people working out of this space. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It feels honest being here. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our coffee. It’s a practical location for us. It isn't about looking corporate; it’s about having a place that works for the team. We just keep our heads down and stay busy in our corner of Annasandra Palya, making sure the work gets done correctly.
