Down on Southern Avenue in Kolkata, life moves at its own pace. Our office at 122 A is where we handle the consulting side of the business. It’s a nice area with plenty of trees, which makes the morning walk to work quite pleasant. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a few old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the computer, looking at data and trying to make sense of things for our clients. It is not a very formal environment. People wear what they’re comfortable in, and we don’t have many rules as long as the work gets done. There’s always someone talking about the latest news or what’s for lunch. We deal with a lot of different types of consulting, but it usually boils down to helping people organize their business better. We aren't a big flashy company with huge advertisements. We’re just a group of people who are good at what we do and like being in this part of Kolkata. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and talk for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of working. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. Just a solid team doing their best with the projects we’ve been given. We like to keep things grounded and avoid all that corporate talk.
