Our office is located at 821, 1st A Main, right near 7th Cross in the 3rd Block of Bsk 3rd Stage. This part of Bangalore560 085 is always growing, but Banashankari still feels like a proper neighborhood. Capgemini Consulting operates from this spot, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s not one of those massive IT parks on the outskirts; it’s right in the middle of things. We have a simple setup here. There’s a main room where most of us sit, and a smaller area for meetings that usually ends up being used for lunch too. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets finished. Some days are loud with people talking over each other, and other days it’s so quiet you can hear the birds outside. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take on consulting projects and try to solve the problems our clients bring to us. It’s pretty straightforward. The 3rd Phase is a good area with plenty of small shops nearby if we need a break. We’ve been here long enough that the local chai wallah knows our orders. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job without making things overly complicated or corporate. We like it this way.
