Our office for Capgemini Consulting India Pvt Ltd is situated on Dabri Palam Road in New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road, so there is always noise from cars and rickshaws going by. Being in Delhi, the air can be a bit dusty, but we keep the windows shut most of the time. The building is just a normal one, nothing that stands out too much. Inside, it’s just us working on various consulting projects. We have been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the morning rush. The commute can be a pain sometimes if the traffic is bad near Palam. We mostly just sit at our desks and deal with the day’s tasks. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. We just open the door and get to work. Sometimes we go out to get some street food for lunch because there are some good spots around here. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a practical space where we can get stuff done. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some notes stuck up. It’s a plain place but it serves its purpose for our business. We try to keep things moving and stay on top of the work we have to finish each week. It's just a regular workplace for regular people doing their best.
