Cafe Idly

Cafe Idly has been sitting here at number 38 in Fraser Town for a while. We are just a small shop making idlies and some other stuff for the local crowd. It’s nothing too complicated. We wake up early to get the batter ready because people expect it to be fresh when they head to work. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we do. Fraser Town is a lively place to be, and we enjoy being part of the noise and the morning rush. Sometimes the line gets a bit long, and we move as fast as we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest cafe in the city. We just want to make sure the food tastes right every single day. The staff here is mostly family or people who live close by. We drink a lot of tea while we work. If the weather is nice, people like to stand outside and eat. It’s a very casual setup. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We keep things pretty basic around here. Sometimes we forget to change the sign, but everyone knows we are open. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things the old-fashioned way. We like the routine of it all and seeing the morning sun hit the street.
