C S C is based in Bangalore, Karnataka. We have been working out of this part of India for some time now. Bangalore is a big place, but we have managed to carve out our own little corner here. Our office is a bit of a mix of everything. We have some computers, plenty of coffee mugs, and usually a few stacks of folders that need sorting. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. It’s a real working office where things get done. We don't really have a specialty that we shout about; we just take on the work as it comes in. The people who work here are mostly locals who know the city well. We don’t have a big HR department or a bunch of vice presidents. It is just a group of us trying to do a good job every day. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes getting here a chore, but we are usually at our desks by nine or so. We don't go in for big mission statements or corporate retreats. We’d rather just focus on the task at hand. If you are looking for a fancy lobby with a fountain, you won't find it here. What you will find are people who know their business and don't feel the need to dress it up in marketing talk. We like being part of the Bangalore business community in our own quiet way. That is basically us.
