C M P Centre School

C M P Centre School is located on Noriss Road. It’s a place that stays pretty busy from the early morning when the first students start arriving until late in the afternoon. We don’t have a massive campus with huge stadiums, but we have enough space for the kids to learn and play. The building has been here for a while, and it has that lived-in feel that schools often get. You can hear the sound of lessons going on through the windows and the noise of the playground during the breaks. We are just a group of people trying to keep things running for the kids. There isn't a lot of corporate polish here. We deal with leaky taps, missing chalk, and all the usual things you find in a local school. Noriss Road is a familiar place for everyone involved. Parents drop their children off, and we see the same faces every day at the gate. We spend a lot of our time making sure the classrooms are ready and the schedules are followed, but things don’t always go exactly as planned. That’s just part of working with students. We like the energy of the place. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t make a big deal out of what we do; we just show up and do the work. It’s a community school at heart, and being on Noriss Road makes us feel right at home.
