We are located at 8 Konankunte in the Shri Ghantakaran Commercial Market. Being in a commercial market means there is never a quiet moment. There are people shouting, horns honking, and the sound of other shops opening and closing their shutters. Our space is filled with the tools of our trade. We have mountains of corrugated boxes, rolls of plastic wrap, and thick rolls of brown tape. The smell of cardboard is everywhere. Our team is usually busy packing things up or loading them onto the trucks parked outside. It’s physical work that leaves you tired at the end of the day. The market floor is concrete and often dusty. We don't have a plush office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people right there among the boxes or standing by the truck. Moving is a big deal for families, and we see all kinds of emotions when we go to their houses. Here at the market, we are just one of many small businesses trying to get the job done. We have a few benches where the guys sit to take a break and have some water. Konankunte is a busy hub, and it’s a good base for us to reach different parts of the city. We don't have any fancy technology, just our hands, some sturdy boxes, and a lot of experience in how to stack things so they don't break. It’s a simple, hardworking life in a very busy part of town.
