You can find Buoyanci Innovations over in Girinagar 3rd Phase. We are right on the 60 Ft Road at number 36. It’s a fairly busy street, so there is always the sound of bikes and cars zooming past our door. The office is just a simple space where we’ve set up our workstations. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like a real neighborhood, not just a bunch of glass buildings. Inside, things are pretty informal. We don’t have a dress code or fancy furniture. It’s mostly just us sitting around with our laptops trying to figure out how to solve whatever technical problem we are facing. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old hardware, but we know where everything is. We take turns making tea or someone goes out to get a round of coffees from the place down the street. It’s a practical way to work. We don't spend money on things we don't need. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s not a priority right now. Most of our focus goes into the actual work we are doing. It's a steady routine of coming in, getting through the list of tasks, and making sure the tech side of things is running. It’s just how we operate day to day.
