B.T.S. Roller Flour Mill Pvt. Ltd. is situated on the first floor of Shalimar Galaxy, which is at 139, Seshadripuram Main Road. Our unit is F-5. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up and down the stairs quite a bit, which keeps us busy. The Main Road is one of the busiest parts of the area, so there is a constant drone of car horns and buses outside our windows. Inside the mill, it is a different kind of noise, mostly the grinding sound of the rollers. Everything in our office and the mill area has a light dusting of flour on it, no matter how much we try to clean it up. It is just part of the business. We have been in this building for some time, and we know all the other shop owners on the ground floor. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in the unit sometimes when we have a lot of stock piled up. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. Most of our days are spent checking the texture of the flour and making sure the bags are sealed right. We don't do anything flashy here. We just come in, do the work at Seshadripuram, and head out when the sun goes down. It is a steady routine that has worked for us for years.
