Based out in a small place called Anadhapuram, we’re part of the Penukonda region in Andhra Pradesh. The address we use is quite long because of our rural location far from the big cities. It’s near Somandepalli in the Anantapur district. Open landscapes are all around us and green fields and trees surround the building. Our work is closely tied to the local community and the people who live in these nearby villages. This is a very quiet and peaceful place compared to the noisy cities like Hyderabad or Bangalore. No large office building with many floors exists here, just a simple one-story structure where we gather to work. Most days are spent talking to the local folks and handling whatever needs to be done that morning. Extremely hot weather arrives during the summer months, so starting our work very early before the sun gets too high is common. No fancy equipment or machines are used here, just the basic tools that get us through our daily chores. Everyone in this area knows each other by name, so it’s a very close-knit environment to work in. We’ve been here for a long time, and the way things are done hasn’t changed much over the years. Reliability is what matters most to the people here. We keep records on paper and use a simple phone for communication. It’s a slow life but it’s ours and we like it.
