Bristlecone India Ltd

Bristlecone India Ltd is located at 45 on the 11th Cross in RT Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know RT Nagar has a lot of character. We are in the 37 area, which is pretty convenient for most of us. The office is a simple building tucked away in one of the crosses. It’s not on the main road, so it stays a little quieter than you’d expect. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have desks pushed together and a lot of wires running around for the computers. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time here, working through whatever needs to happen that day. There’s a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when things get hectic. The neighborhood is full of houses and small shops. Sometimes we hear the neighbors or the street vendors passing by. It feels very local. We don't have a big HR department or a front desk. If someone walks in, they usually just talk to whoever is closest to the door. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't use much jargon or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just sit down, do the work, and then head home. It’s a practical setup that works for a team like ours in this part of town.
