We are located at 4 1 on the 1st Main in Lakksandra. It’s a small area of Bangalore that often gets overlooked, but it works well for Brickwork India. The office is right there on the main street of the neighborhood. It’s a simple, functional space. We don't have any big signs out front. If you weren't looking for us, you might just walk right past. The 1st Main in Lakksandra can get a bit crowded during rush hour, but otherwise, it’s just a normal street. Our office inside is pretty cramped, to be honest. We have a lot of stuff packed into a small area, but we manage to stay organized. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy or anything. If the phone rings, whoever is free picks it up. We get our work done and try not to make a fuss about it. The building itself is older, and the windows don't always close all the way, but it’s our home base. We like being in Lakksandra because it feels central but still has its own local identity. It’s a practical spot for us to operate from. We just show up every day, do what needs to be doing, and that’s about it. It’s a very straightforward way of running things.
