We have been operating from our office at 33, gruhalakshmi layout, 1st stage, in the Basveshwar Nagar area for quite some time now. This place serves as our main base for all the construction work we handle around the city. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a simple spot where we keep our tools, some blueprints, and a lot of paperwork. Most days, the office is pretty empty because we are out on various sites checking on the progress of the walls or the foundation. Being in Basveshwar Nagar is convenient because it's a neighborhood we know inside and out. We deal with all the usual headaches that come with building things, like cement trucks being late or the rain stopping the work for three days straight. It’s just the way it goes in this business. We don't have a huge team of managers, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. People from the layout often stop by to ask for advice or to see if we can help with a small patch job or a full house build. We don’t use any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and how much it will cost. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordination, but it’s what we know. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the projects on time so we can move to the next one.
