Bonamy Fitness & Spa

Our spot, Bonamy Fitness & Spa, is right there on Hormavu Main Road. We’re located at No.170/2, and if you know where the Homebuzz Super Market is, you’ve basically found us already. We are on the floor right above it. It’s a convenient setup because people often do their grocery shopping and then head up for a session. We’ve got the gym area for those who want to lift or run, and then there’s the spa side for when you just need to sit still. It isn't one of those high-end, shiny places you see in magazines. We just have the gear people need and a clean space to use it. The stairs can be a bit of a climb after a leg day, but nobody seems to mind much. We’ve been part of the Horamavu neighborhood for a while, seeing the same faces every week. It’s just me and a small team keeping things running. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big slogans. We just make sure the machines are working and the towels are stocked up. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the market downstairs is busy, but that’s just part of being in Bangalore. We’ve tried to create a place that feels practical for everyone living in the 560043 area. Most folks come here because it’s close to home and they don't have to deal with a corporate atmosphere. It’s just a simple, local business.
