Bona Fides

We are located right near the Puspanjali Theater in Sultanpalya at number 8. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming through the door. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. The office isn't very large, and we have a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. It’s mostly just us working through paperwork and helping people who walk in with questions. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they keep the air moving in the heat. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day's work. People know us as the place to go when they need something sorted out without a lot of headache. We try to be honest about how long things will take. If we can't do something, we just say so. It saves everyone time. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a real pain if you arrive at the wrong time of day. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back for when we take a break. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We just sit at our desks, answer the phone, and help whoever comes through the door. It’s a simple way to make a living and we like being part of the Sultanpalya community. We’ve seen many businesses come and go, but we stay right here.
