About Bon Appetit Cuisiniers – Food & Beverages in Bengaluru
We've been over here at Konankunte for a while now. It’s a busy spot near 10th Road, specifically at number 34 in the Nutan Laxmi Society. Most people just know us as the place where the kitchen is always going. We do a lot of cooking. It isn't anything fancy, just real food for the folks around here. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with deliveries, but we make it work. Our setup is pretty straightforward. There's no big front office or anything like that. Just us working in the back. People stop by when they need something prepared for a gathering or just want to see what's on the stove. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit hectic. That's just how it is with food. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our corner at house 57. It used to be quieter, but now there’s always something happening. We just stick to what we know, which is getting the ingredients ready and making sure the pots are full. If you're walking down 10th Road, you'll probably smell whatever we've got going. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure things taste right. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it. We'd rather be handling the actual kitchen work. It's what we've always done.
